is a studio for unique gold, silver jewellery and metal art formed by the artists
LYDIA ILARION and MARIN MARINO
They are graduates of the School of Fine and Applied Arts, Sofia, Bulgaria with major in metal art and jewelry design and all processes involved in metal working with special reference to creative jeweler practice in precious and non-precious metals.
They are dynamic team of professionally trained goldsmiths, artists and designers.
MARIN MARINO - born in Sofia on January 8,1949
1969 - School of Fine and Applied Arts, Sofia with major in jewelry design.
1974 masteres ancient techniques in The Institute of Archeology in Milan, Italy
1975 - Restoration and Conservation - The National Institute for Cultural Heritage, Sofia
1998 - ILADESIGN- a studio for unique art jewelery, gold and silver sculpture
He is a jewellery designer and goldsmith with experience in the field of restoration and conservation of metal museum objects. In his work he combines an extensive knowledge of precious metals with ancient techniques into an unique jewellery pieces.
LYDIA ILARION - born in Sofia on September 26,1954

1997- Bachelors of Fine Arts / Design Art, Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec.
1998 - ILADESIGN- a studio for unique art jewelery, gold and silver sculpture
2002 - Digital Technologies in Design Art Practice, Concordia University, Montreal.
She is an artist with a wide range of experience from design art through sculpture and art jewellery. In her work she uses organic materials and sculptural techniques on projects which require extensive research on symbols and signs from different cultures.
LYDIA ILARION and MARIN MARINO live and work together since 1976.
